Jim
has over twenty-five years of independent and corporate
experience in the practice of law, benefit planning,
organizational leadership and career consulting.
He has created comprehensive legal, marketing and
training materials, and has conducted seminars and
workshops in disparate parts of the United States
and in a variety of settings. He has worked
effectively with both large and small groups, and
has counseled in depth on a one-on-one basis.
An
active member of the Indiana Bar, Jim moved into the
field of career management in order to embrace the
growing need for transformational guidance with America's
workforce. He has consulted with people in a
wide gamut of professions. A graduate of The
Choate School in Wallingford, Connecticut, Jim holds
his undergraduate degree from Brown University.
In addition, he has a J.D. degree from Indiana University
School of Law-Indianapolis, and possesses graduate
divinity degrees from both The University of Chicago
and Meadville/Lombard Theological School.
The
Career Perfection Process is the culmination of all
that he has learned.
